Requirements

• Du hast Erfahrung mit Steuerbuchhaltung, Finanzbuchhaltung, Mehrwertsteuerregeln und -sätzen und allem, was dazugehört, um ein erfolgreiches E-Commerce-Geschäft zu führen
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Datev – idealerweise kennst du auch Amainvoice oder den Amazon VCS Service
• Du wirst für deine starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten geschätzt und kannst daher anspruchsvolle Kundenmeetings moderieren
• Fließend in Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch

Responsibilities

• Du betreust im Xentral Support unsere Buchhaltungsthemen und bearbeitest komplexere Anfragen und Probleme zu Anforderungen, Funktionalität und Konfiguration der Accounting Module
• Du entwickelst praktische Lösungen, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen
• Du bietest Support über unser Ticketsystem, per E-Mail, Zoom und Telefon
• Du sammelst Informationen, gehst tiefer auf komplexere Probleme ein, um die Ursache herauszufinden, bewertest gemeldete Kundenanliegen und dokumentierst sie ordentlich für unsere internen Stakeholder
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktteam zusammen um Xentral im Finance und Accounting Bereich voranzutreiben
• Du teilst dein umfangreiches Wissen über Finanzen und Buchhaltung mit deinen Kollegen und bist aktiv an der Erstellung relevanter Dokumentationen und Schulungen beteiligt

Preferred Qualifications

Idealerweise bist du mit mindestens einem ERP- oder CRM-System aus der Anwenderperspektive vertraut (z.B. SAP, JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision oder BillBee)
