Summary

Join PingWind as a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for financial technologies in a large product line. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, working closely with the Product Management Team.

Requirements

• Experience in the applications a variety of word processing spreadsheets, graphics, and scheduling tools
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Ability to research, evaluate, analyze, resolve, and present solutions to problems
• Ability to explain scientific and technical ideas in a simple and concise manner

Responsibilities

• Meet with technical leads and other team representatives to review documentation, compile corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and provide final publishable documentation
• Clearly explain highly technical data and information in simplistic language for end users of complex IT systems and projects
• Use a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools
• Able to gather and convert data into a written narrative
• Develop comprehensive and clear documentation for government contracts, including proposals, technical specifications, and project plans
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation
• Stay up to date with government regulations and contract requirements to ensure all documentation adheres to relevant standards
• Verify that all content complies with security and privacy policies associated with government contracts
• Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, coherence, and adherence to contractual requirements
