Technical Writer

You will also review materials from other writers, participate in UI string development, and identify opportunities for content and process improvements. Requirements

• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have an interest in technical writing and content creation process
• Have fundamental knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS
• Have the ability to work on and keep track of multiple projects
• Be familiar with technical information authoring tools

Responsibilities

• Work as a customer advocate
• Design, create and edit content according to company standards and processes
• Review materials created by other Technical Writers
• Take part in UI strings development
• Identify the opportunities for content and process improvements
