Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in technical recruiting in India, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing talent in the technology sector
• Exceptional English communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively
• Extensive network in the technology industry, allowing access to top-tier talent pools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies
• Source, engage, and screen candidates using various channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals
• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation
• Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for Paralucent
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical professionals
