Technology & Systems Coordinator

Summary

Join NovaForge/AI Venture Lab as a Technology & Systems Coordinator Intern and become the go-to person for all technical support and automation needs. You will work with clients to resolve technical issues, implement automation processes, and optimize systems. This hands-on role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent service delivery. The internship offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) with a minimum of 520 hours, immediate placement, and ongoing bi-weekly placements. Compensation is $32/hour, and the role provides valuable experience in a dynamic AI startup environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients
• Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security
• Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency
