Summary

Join FitOn's growing virtual care team as a mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provide individual virtual therapy to adults dealing with various behavioral health issues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, whole-person care using evidence-based and patient-centered approaches. You will utilize telehealth to deliver virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy, educate clients on coping strategies, and conduct thorough virtual assessments to develop personalized care plans. Accurate documentation of sessions and collaboration with internal care teams are essential. Contribute to program development by providing clinical insights to improve care delivery and client outcomes. Maintain compliance with state licensure laws and regulations. Compensation is competitive per visit with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university
  • Active LCSW license in at least one U.S. state (FL, NY, TX, PA or CA); multistate licensure highly preferred
  • Strong foundation in evidence based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience providing individual therapy
  • Proven experience delivering individual psychotherapy via telehealth
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and virtual care platforms
  • Ability to manage a flexible caseload independently while collaborating with a remote care team
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse population via telehealth
  • Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioral tools, and community resources
  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments to develop personalized care plans with clear goals, using approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies
  • Accurately document all sessions, assessments, interventions, and communications in accordance with HIPAA, state regulations, and FitOn Care’s internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal care teams to support mental, physical and nutritional wellness
  • Contribute to continuous program development by offering clinical insights that improve care delivery, workflow, and client outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure laws and regulatory requirements
