Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Clinical Quality Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting providers. You will work with the Clinical team to ensure high standards of care, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include serving as the clinical point of contact for providers, conducting outreach to support best practices, reviewing client complaints, and fostering a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate possesses an active, unrestricted clinical license and 1-3 years of experience in clinical work or quality assurance within behavioral health. Exceptional written communication skills and familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms are also required. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level
  • Familiarity working with or supporting clinical or frontline teams, with an understanding of documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations
  • Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating clinical guidance and educational materials for providers
  • Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical point of contact for providers
  • Conduct outreach to contracted providers to support best practices and documentation competency
  • Review and respond to low-level client complaints and support payor quality reviews
  • Help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and open communication among providers
