Summary

The job is for a Solace Physician in a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients with experts to help them understand and manage their health. Requirements

• Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine with a strong interest in geriatrics
• Minimum 2 years of experience or recent gerontology fellowship completion
• 10 to 15 unrestricted state licenses and/or active member of an IMLC state and open to acquiring additional licensure based on organizational requirements
• Valid DEA certification
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent organizational skills
• Superior communication skills, as listening and empathy are the foundation for every patient interaction at Solace

Responsibilities

• Learn the Solace systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations while also providing clinical expertise in every interaction
• Identify and prioritize patients’ needs and maintain a streamlined care continuum
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates to holistically address social determinants of health

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with elderly patients as well as individuals undergoing Social Determinants of Health
• Pride in your technical savvy. Ability to quickly and fluently learn new systems and softwares
• Extreme bias toward action and execution. Forging the system that empowers better patient outcomes, and not shy about sharing feedback
