Summary

The job is for an Independently Contracted Physician to provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and depression/anxiety management for adult patients virtually. The role requires at least 10 hours of synchronous time per week, and preferred candidates have multiple active licenses, experience with telehealth, and experience prescribing GAHT and behavioral health medications.

Requirements

• At least two active licenses and in good standing with your professional board
• At least one DEA License
• Experience providing primary care services to adult patients
• Comfortable with 100% remote patient care
• Strong technical background (familiarity with EMRs, email communication, app-based platform use, etc.)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Availability of 10 hours per week for synchronous visits

Responsibilities

Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and depression/anxiety management for adult patients throughout the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 active licenses - preference for Texas, California, Alabama, Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Georgia
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours of synchronous time per week
• Experience with telehealth and preferably direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth/startup work
• Experience prescribing GAHT
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety)
