You will manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments across multiple specialties (primary care, weight loss, OB/GYN, neurology, podiatry, cardiology, pediatrics)
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and texts from patients
- Collect patient information and prepare for telemedicine appointments
- Utilize Navinet and Availity to verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Assist in prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments through CoverMyMeds
- Lead patients to process copays and insurance payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Athena electronic health record system

- Proficiency in using medical practice management software (Athena)
