Summary

The job description is for a Spanish Bilingual Telemarketer position that involves outbound and inbound calling, prospecting, data entry, and administrative tasks. Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or relevant role
• Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar)
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work on a US time zone shift
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources
• Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded
• Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
• Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
• Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
