Requirements

• At least 1 year in recruitment, preferably in telesales or sales-related hiring
• Strong communication, negotiation, and assessment skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, Wuzzuf, Bayt, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet hiring deadlines

Responsibilities

• Source and attract telesales candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, sales experience, and suitability for the role
• Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Provide feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
