Requirements

- Retail and/or sales experience, previous POS and inventory experience
- Hospitality or service experience
- Strong public-facing customer service skills
- Accurate cash-handling skills
- Computer literacy
- Interest in arts & culture
- Ability to deal with large crowds
- Flexibility in schedule and work time
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights of merchandise
Responsibilities
- Providing impeccable customer service by engaging, understanding, and fulfilling the needs of customers
- Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions across multiple sales channels and technology platforms
- Selling and providing hospitality service
- Responsibly handle cash and credit card transactions
- Open and close cash drawers
- Actively maintain high standards of merchandise presentation; visually and verbally
- Coordinating the breakdown of the retail shop for events; performing inventory counts as scheduled; and other related duties as assigned
- Restocking of supplies and products; inventory maintenance
- Assist in receiving and packaging
- Mail order processing (online and in-store)
Benefits
- $23.00 Hourly Pay
- This is a temporary position with an expected end date of February 19th, 2025
