Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years as a top producer in sales within a Healthcare staffing organization is required
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
- Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
- Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers as well as executive level management
- Ability to establish cross functional and multi-level relationships with both internal team members and external customers
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
- Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business for CoreHire
- Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s CoreHire software to healthcare organizations
- Identify and contact healthcare organizations in order to win their business
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and software
- Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
- Serve as the advocate for clients to ensure satisfaction with all company services and products
- Coordinate sales email campaigns to potential, current, and former clients
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS sales experience is preferred
