Summary

Join Juul Labs as a Direct Engagement Programs (DEP) Territory Manager and oversee the planning and execution of JUUL’s Direct Engagement Programs, Clerk Education efforts, and Adult Nicotine Consumer acquisition activities. You will lead market-level coordination, ensure flawless store readiness, and support program success throughout all phases. Responsibilities include building and managing a weekly store visit plan, coordinating with National and Regional Account Managers, reviewing store schedules, leading pre-activation visits, monitoring live execution, collaborating with JUUL and Agile Retail teams, guiding Field Specialists, and performing related duties. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in territory sales, retail marketing, or field operations and possess strong planning and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in territory sales, retail marketing, or field operations
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with an eye for executional detail
  • Ability to manage multiple store relationships and maintain consistent program standards
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced field environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a weekly store visit plan (~25 visits/week), ensuring timely program readiness
  • Coordinate with National and Regional Account Managers to align field activity with brand strategy
  • Review store schedules and maintain a “Go / No-Go” checklist across assigned locations
  • Lead pre-activation visits, engage store teams, deliver rewards, and test tech functionality
  • Monitor live execution for adherence to standards, sales support, and real-time issue resolution
  • Collaborate with JUUL and Agile Retail teams to refine program execution and optimize results
  • Guide Field Specialists and support cross-training of JUUL Specialists
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
