Summary

Join Roofr, a successful yet rapidly growing startup, as a Senior Partnerships Manager. You will be instrumental in building relationships with roofing manufacturing partners' sales teams to drive referrals. This role involves regular travel and requires expertise in B2B sales enablement and channel partnerships. You will deliver software demos, provide training, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in channel partnerships, B2B sales enablement, or a related role
  • A natural “door-opener” who can make friends easily and foster strong, lasting relationships
  • Proven ability to engage and enable partner sales teams
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling and effective software demos that drive understanding and adoption
  • Experience with relevant or modern tooling such as CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excel at building and maintaining internal and external relationships and navigating organizations, and making relevant, high-producing connections
  • Willingness and ability to travel one week per month for partner visits and events
  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with roofing manufacturing partners’ sales teams to increase adoption of Roofr’s solutions
  • Deliver compelling and effective software demos to partner teams, ensuring a clear understanding of Roofr’s value and functionality
  • Enable partner sales teams by delivering engaging training, resources, and tools to drive referrals
  • Travel to partner locations, sales meetings, and events to provide in-person support and training
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Roofr’s internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing support
  • Monitor referral performance and develop strategies to improve outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales teams, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and performance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and scale partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the roofing, construction, or building materials industry is a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
