Summary

Join Greenworks as a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to cultivate relationships with independent dealers and major end-users, selling Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment and boosting brand recognition in the commercial OPE sector. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our professional dealer network. This role is crucial for the growth and sales of our brand within the independent dealer channel. The ideal candidate possesses strong industry knowledge of professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment, understands the relevant sales channels, and has experience with independent servicing dealers. Success in this position requires independent work habits and strong business stakeholder relationships. The position involves a full-time commitment with occasional evening and weekend work.

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer
  • 5+ years of field sales experience within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer

Responsibilities

  • Own this business segment and achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Own company-issued demo equipment
  • Conduct product training for distributor staff and key dealer personnel
  • Prospect, generate leads, and acquire new accounts for Greenworks’ distribution within these business areas
  • Take a lead role in tradeshows and key marketing events within the channel
  • Develop new product launch initiatives within the assigned geography
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales Personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned
