Summary

Responsibilities

  • Travel to facilities and events within designated territory
  • Maintain and track supplies and resources and distribute throughout the designated territory
  • Responsibly and professionally represent U.S. LawShield
  • Assign and schedule independent contractors to brand and sales growing activities
  • Drive company profitability through direct sales
  • Communicate with members and prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
  • Prospect and maintain business partnerships and relationships; resolve any issues that may arise
  • Report progress on sales goals, expenses, and opportunities for corporate leadership
  • Prepare, assign, schedule, and execute various sales opportunities to include tabling events and sales presentations to facilities, individuals, and groups
  • Understand and explain the U.S. LawShield product suite
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the market and needs of a diverse client base
  • Understand our competition and their products and services
  • Propose appropriate solutions and next steps that deepen relationships between clients and our brand
  • Timely reporting of expenses, results, and field data
  • Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and customer experience KPIs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or some college preferred
  • Experience coaching and professionally developing direct reports and teams
  • Familiarity with common CRM, Billing, and Expense reporting software
