Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Robot Framework) and test automation best practices
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the overall test strategy for SaaS applications
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Create detailed test plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments
  • Test Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using modern tools and frameworks
  • Test Automation: Ensure test scripts cover critical functionality, regression scenarios, and performance aspects
  • Test Automation: Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
  • Test Leadership: Lead and mentor others in the team
  • Test Leadership: Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and monitor progress
  • Test Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Test Execution and Reporting: Execute test cases (both manual and automated) to validate SaaS features and functionality
  • Test Execution and Reporting: Monitor test execution progress, identify bottlenecks, and address issues promptly
  • Test Execution and Reporting: Provide regular status updates and detailed test reports to project stakeholders
  • Defect Management: Collaborate with application owners and development teams to prioritize and track defects

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools related to automated testing

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to understand their testing requirements and expectations

Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus
