Summary
Join NOCD, the leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, as a Therapist Experience Team member. You will conduct individual clinical advising meetings with therapists, lead weekly consultation groups, provide ongoing training and feedback, and develop curriculum. This role requires at least one year of experience as a therapist at NOCD, excellent clinical skills, teamwork abilities, and schedule flexibility. Previous clinical supervision or teaching experience is preferred but not required. The position may transition to full-time employment for independent contractors. Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year as a therapist with NOCD
- Has demonstrated excellent clinical skills as evidenced by metrics, surveys, etc
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual clinical advising meetings with therapists during their onboarding training at NOCD, following a structured syllabus to provide instruction in evidence based treatment for one of the following diagnostic categories: Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Hoarding, BFRBs and Tic Disorders, PTSD, BDD
- Lead a weekly disorder-specific Consultation Group
- Ongoing training from and collaboration with expert Specialty Treatment Consultants
- Monitoring slack and email to answer questions about the specialty treatment as the primary point of contact for this treatment
- Joining sessions to assist with specialty treatment for challenging presentations
- Providing direct, constructive feedback to therapists in specialty training following clinical advising meetings
- Developing and adjusting ongoing curriculum for clinical advising process
- Participate in weekly advising team meetings
- Work with therapists to ensure excellent specialty treatment outcomes
- Meet regularly with Director of Clinical Integrity to review specialty treatment outcomes and progress of therapists in specialty training
- Post regularly on LinkedIn and engage in other activities to promote NOCD treatment
