Requirements

• Have a user-centric approach to support
• Possess passion for TV and movies
• Have experience in Technical Support
• Have Zendesk experience
• Be a proven independent worker who's not afraid to reach out and ask questions when needed
• Have a deep understanding of app troubleshooting across multiple platforms
• Possess professional English proficiency
• Be able to commit 8 hours on 2/9
• Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Have a quality headset
• Be willing to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
