Join our team as a TikTok Content Creator and create engaging, viral-worthy content for TikTok and other short-form video platforms. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with TikTok trends, able to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content, and is willing to appear on camera to connect with our audience.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience creating content specifically for TikTok
• On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera to create engaging content
• Video Production: Skilled in shooting, editing, and producing TikTok videos with a clear understanding of TikTok’s editing tools and third-party apps
• Creative Vision: A deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and what it takes to make content go viral
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino
• Trend-Savvy: Ability to stay ahead of cultural trends and TikTok trends that appeal to the local market and adapt quickly to algorithm changes for optimal reach

Responsibilities

• Create and appear in original TikTok content that resonates with the platform’s audience and drives engagement
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos that align with current TikTok trends
• Brainstorm and execute creative, out-of-the-box ideas for TikTok content that can stand out and go viral
• Stay updated with TikTok’s algorithm changes and trends to optimize content for reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure TikTok content aligns with the overall brand strategy
• Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics to assess the success of content and adjust strategies accordingly
• Engage with the TikTok community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build a loyal audience
• Cross-promote TikTok content across other social media platforms when relevant (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
