Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• In-depth understanding of time management processes and best practices
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, including Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification is desirable

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions to meet client needs, including the modules time tracking, time sheet, and time off
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for time management processes and system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules as part of the application management support
• Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations
• Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management functionalities
