Responsibilities

Onboard new program members efficiently and accurately, vet new applicants for alignment with respective program terms and Minted’s brand, act as a main point of contact for the Customer Service and Concierge teams supporting Trade, act as an ambassador for the Minted brand, work with the Finance team to handle all donation and commission payment procedures, conduct proactive outreach, resolve issues with orders and payments, address general inquiries and requests from program members, execute trade marketing campaigns, support the planning, organization, and execution of trade shows and events, attend events as needed, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring superior quality, raise key observations of your interactions with the communities to your team to help inform program improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Verbal & written 'soft sales' communication skills, experience working with various industry professionals including wedding planners, venues, portrait & event photographers and nonprofit fundraising organizers, proven track record in meeting goals for high growth marketing programs, proficiency with Google Docs and Excel, Salesforce, and CRM platforms, customer service experience
