Summary

Requirements

• Experience working with government regulatory bodies
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Conversational skills in at least one relevant regional language (Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, or Mandarin) as well as English
• Minimum of 5 years Global Logistics experience (air, sea, and road carriers and/or freight forwarders)
• Experience working with weapons manufacturers or industries
• Experience working with product certification programs (e.g. RoHs, CE, FCC, REACH)

Responsibilities

• Supporting Axon’s Trade activities in-region, including Customs Clearance, Customs Brokering, Product Trade classifications and certificates, Logistics Coordination
• Coordination with company stakeholders on implementation of relevant regional trade controls including Supply Chain, Sales, Research & Development, Manufacturing
• Support of Axon’s Export Administration Regulation (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), including licensing for manufacturing, R&D, and sales hardware exports, Analysis of new systems and technology for relevant export controls, General Trade recordkeeping
• Engagement with regional Governmental Regulatory bodies for relevant product classifications, certifications, and trade reporting
• Liaise with Axon’s global compliance teams to execute support work in-region, including Product certification and testing, Recordkeeping, Remote product meetings, Regional Test Product inventory management
