Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with trade capture and lifecycle management
  • Operate cross-functionally to ensure all downstream processing stakeholders receive timely and accurate trade information
  • Provide internal and external clients premier support services
  • Lead various initiatives on streamlining operational capabilities and creating process efficiencies
  • Participate in new business strategies with regards to pre and post trade execution, accurate front to back flow and valuations
  • Maintain proper controls such as FOFO/FOBO break reports and trade related issues across all cash products
  • Manage and help resolve trade exceptions, allocations, settlement issues, fails and reconciliation of repurchase agreements
  • Review of daily activity between brokers and custodians
  • Function as the liaison between Banking, Trading, Sales and other groups which include Product Control, Operations and Market Risk
  • Create and maintain analytical reports for Operations Management
  • Deliver accurate and timely EoD valuations including P&L reports to key stakeholders across the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domestic and International cash trade settlement experience is preferred (including equity and fixed income)
  • Securities Repo transactions experience is preferred

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $90,000-$130,000
  • Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance
