Summary

BCB Group is a leading crypto-dedicated payment services provider looking for a Product Manager for Trading and Liquidity to manage their trading products and oversee the development and management of trading and liquidity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the trading and liquidity solutions roadmap, optimizing user experience, leading end-to-end product development, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working closely with external partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in product management
  • Strong experience in foreign exchange, liquidity management and trading, particularly as it relates to trading infrastructure
  • Understanding of the backend logic of trading and liquidity management along with parameter rules
  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technological and regulatory knowledge
  • An understanding of fiat payments including payment orchestration
  • A high degree of organization and initiative
  • Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire internal teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the trading and liquidity solutions roadmap
  • Oversee the development and management of trading and liquidity solutions for fiat and crypto
  • Balance client needs with strategic opportunities to drive iterative development
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis
  • Define product requirements and create detailed specifications
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and enhance trading platform, client facing platforms, and internal systems
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor product performance
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize product performance
  • Champion and continuously iterate product department processes to optimize efficiency
