
Training & Adoption Specialist

Summary
Join WelbeHealth as a Training & Adoption Specialist and contribute to the development and delivery of standardized training resources for new and existing team members across all WelbeHealth centers. This remote role involves up to 50% travel and requires you to own the development and maintenance of role-specific resources, deliver engaging training, oversee Relias training plans, and ensure skills competency. You will also collaborate with hiring managers, preceptors, and launch leaders to identify and address training opportunities, act as a key resource for new hires, and monitor the effectiveness of training materials. As a central role ambassador, you will advocate for process improvement and ensure workflow compliance for assigned roles.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required with at least two (2) years of post-college experience in a healthcare setting
- Up to date Clinical Licensure as a Registered Nurse required
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in settings with interdisciplinary team members & proven stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, inspirational team member who is passionate about improving role clarity and the new hire onboarding experience
- Athena and WelTeam savvy - Able to navigate, speak to, and train various workflows within all applications/systems as required for assigned roles
Responsibilities
- Own the development and maintenance of standardized role-specific resources including, but not limited to: SharePoint Role Landing Pages, onboarding guides, role handbooks, skills lists
- Deliver engaging and inspiring training, both virtually and in person, to licensed and unlicensed WelbeHealth staff
- Oversee Relias training plans to ensure relevant content and timely completion
- Develop and maintain skills competency checklist and relevant preceptor guides to align with regulations and best practices
- Draft 30-60-90-day skills lists and evaluation criteria for assigned roles
- Engage and oversee the roleโs Teams Channel of SMEs and Preceptors
- Drive workflow compliance for assigned roles, monitor adherence, and advocate for process improvement when indicated
- Collaborate with center hiring managers, preceptors, and launch leaders to identify and address training opportunities
- Act as a key resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process
- Monitor the effectiveness of role-specific training, onboarding, and education materials, adapting to continuously improve
- Act as a central role ambassador and SME for organizational initiatives pertaining to their assigned role
Preferred Qualifications
Training and/or preceptor experience in healthcare setting strongly preferred
