Summary
Join Nexthink's growing Solution Consulting team as an Adopt Specialist Solution Consultant in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in driving pre-sales activities, generating new Adopt Solution sales revenue, and working closely with the sales team and partners. This position requires a consultative approach, focusing on creating innovative value propositions and demonstrating how Nexthink Adopt addresses business challenges. You will work with various stakeholders, deliver demos and workshops, and participate in company events. The ideal candidate possesses extensive pre-sales experience in SaaS or product-led enterprise technology, a deep understanding of Digital Adoption Platforms, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role for a SaaS or product-led enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms
- Proven experience of working with a sales organization and a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology into a new market
- Superior business acumen; ability to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions to achieve business objectives
- Entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to work independently with little guidance
- Technologically savvy and able to learn Nexthink Adopt products, services, technologies and business quickly
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sense of innovation to define and adapt pre-sales methodologies and tools to customer context and needs
- Team player, able to thrive in finding solutions in a dynamic work environment
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory (French is an additional plus)
Responsibilities
- Help the Adopt Sales Specialist team qualify leads by using your deep understanding of solution capabilities to address business issues and provide business value
- Demonstrate how Nexthink Adopt solution can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates the business outcome
- Conduct and manage demos, workshops, proof of values
- Work with sales team to develop and execute a strategy to leverage existing Nexthink customers
- Take a consultative approach with customers by understanding their challenges and future strategies to drive Nexthink Adopt usage and value realization
- Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions with varying degrees of technical knowledge, and articulate the benefits of the solution in an appropriate way ; such functions might be Application Adoption and Digital Transformation leads, End User Computing, HR and business Application leads or IT Leadership who see where Nexthink Adopt can add value
- Participate as a speaker in key company events and other marketing-related activities
- Work with key internal stakeholders (account teams, marketing teams, and channel teams)
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the Nexthink Adopt solution
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Nexthink platform is a plus
