Summary

Join KnowBe4 as a Customer Success Adoption Specialist and help customers maximize the value of our security awareness training platform. You will drive product adoption through various strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, and direct engagement. Analyze product usage, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions. This role requires strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and experience in customer success. Requirements

  • 2 yrs CS/account management/support/customer-facing experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
  • Strategic partnership building

  • Project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive up product adoption for a book of accounts
  • Work with customers to review and configure their product policies
  • Analyze technical tools and configurations to identify low product adoption causes
  • Monitor and report on low product usage
  • Develop, support, and run product training webinars
  • Create customer campaigns, including writing product newsletters and other automated communications
  • Design and implement scalable automation for customers in ChurnZero

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity
  • IT-based university degree or technical experience
  • Familiar with Customer Success platforms such as ChurnZero
