Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating training content for organizational learning
  • Experience applying adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience supporting product or service launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment
  • Experience authoring and managing help center or internal knowledge base content
  • Experience using Camtasia or similar video editing software
  • Experience communicating across multiple channels with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative, cost-effective learning resources and programming to fuel long-term success and continued improvement of frontline teams
  • Leverage learning and media technologies to develop high-impact training and knowledge resources
  • Build relationships and frequently drive collaboration with stakeholders, using an ‘us against the problem’ mentality to deliver a high volume of quality work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building online courses and evaluating the learning experience via LMS (Articulate Rise, WorkRamp, etc.)
  • Fluency with learning data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement with training content
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industry
  • Experience working with a high-volume support center function
