Summary

The Training Content Creator role at Rula involves delivering innovative learning resources and programming to fuel long-term success and improvement of frontline teams. The candidate is expected to have experience creating training content, applying adult learning principles, and coordinating multiple projects. Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in creating training content, experience with Camtasia or similar video editing software, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience building online courses and evaluating their effectiveness, fluency with learning data, and previous experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating training content for organizational learning
• Experience applying adult learning and instructional design principles
• Experience supporting product or service launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment
• Experience authoring and managing help center or internal knowledge base content
• Experience using Camtasia or similar video editing software
• Experience communicating across multiple channels with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative, cost-effective learning resources and programming to fuel long-term success and continued improvement of frontline teams
• Leverage learning and media technologies to develop high-impact training and knowledge resources
• Build relationships and frequently drive collaboration with stakeholders, using an ‘us against the problem’ mentality to deliver a high volume of quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building online courses and evaluating the learning experience via LMS (Articulate Rise, WorkRamp, etc.)
• Fluency with learning data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement with training content
• Previous experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industry
• Experience working with a high-volume support center function
