Requirements

• Prior audit or transaction advisory internship experience at a public accounting firm is required
• Completion of Intermediate Financial Accounting with a B- or better is required
• A 3.0 Cumulative GPA is required
• Strong Excel skills are required
• Strong analytical skills are required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Strong interpersonal skills are required

Responsibilities

• As a transaction advisory intern, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams
• You will utilize Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data
• You will participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers
• You will help identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions

Availability to intern two consecutive semesters is preferred
