Responsibilities

• Collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams to solve problems through gathering and analysing data, assessing processes, and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis to identify, evaluate and develop strategies and opportunities to enable business performance improvement
• Work with business teams to develop, plan and implement initiatives, involving changes to business processes and ways of working, giving consideration to organisational implications and risks
• Influence and support the implementation and adoption of change
• Monitor and track the progress of initiatives and objectives
• Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings, recommendations and reporting on progress
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business to continuously improve processes and drive innovation
