Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data, to identify and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders and audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence teams at all levels of the organization
- Good collaboration skills with ability to constructively contribute, challenge and think creatively
- Proficiency in project management and proven ability to drive change adoption outcomes
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in analysis, reporting, and implementation of initiatives
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams to solve problems through gathering and analysing data, assessing processes, and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis to identify, evaluate and develop strategies and opportunities to enable business performance improvement
- Work with business teams to develop, plan and implement initiatives, involving changes to business processes and ways of working, giving consideration to organisational implications and risks
- Influence and support the implementation and adoption of change
- Monitor and track the progress of initiatives and objectives
- Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings, recommendations and reporting on progress
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business to continuously improve processes and drive innovation
