Summary
Join Shift Technology, a leading AI-powered insurance solutions provider, as a Sales Operations Specialist. You will be part of a 5-person team responsible for international Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, focusing on revenue management and Salesforce administration. This role involves defining and implementing revenue collection processes, collaborating with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development and administration of Salesforce platform. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from inception to completion and receive training in a fast-growing international company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of a first successful experience in IT project management and/or Salesforce implementation
- Sound analytical and logical mind
- Strong willingness to acquire a technical knowledge of Salesforce and integrated solutions
- Clear understanding of the concept of a Data model
- Ability to work not only on tooling, but also to interact operationally with peers from other teams (Customer Satisfaction Managers, Finance, Accountingβ¦)
- High interpersonal skills; you want to work close to our users, understand their roles and challenges
- Fluent in business English
Responsibilities
- Define reliable process to ensure revenue is properly collected, from recurring licence fees, to overages, to share-value deals
- Implement these processes operationally, with very high level standard of reliability
- Connect with key stakeholders (especially Customer Satisfaction Managers and Finance/Accounting teams) to ensure the Revenue is collected appropriately
- Participate then lead analysis workshops with the business users to define processes and list the business requirements
- Help define the architecture of elegant solutions to answer business requirements
- Implement new Salesforce features
- Implement advanced workflow to help automate manual processes, and increase efficiency
- Administrate Salesforce platform
- Support business teams on a day to day basis
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus ( Integration, configuration, deployment )
