Transformation Project Manager II

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Experience activating work and ideas across diverse teams
• 2 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field
• Internship experience or coursework in project management or business operations can be considered as experience
• Comfortable working in a environment with, and open to learning and taking on new challenges
• Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

• Help plan, tracking, and ensuring milestones are met for transformation projects
• Draft updates, inform partners, and organize meetings with clear outcomes
• Document and support implementation of business practices for efficiency
• Coordinate resources, address roadblocks, and keep projects aligned with goals
• Collect data, prepare performance reports, and support data-driven decisions
