Join Robert Bosch Kft. in Budapest as a Transport Network Design Team Lead. Lead a team of experts in designing the European transport network, encompassing approximately 100 plants. Define, prioritize, and implement optimization projects across various transport solutions. Collaborate with internal customers (plants & divisions) and act as an interface between management and plants. Coach and develop the network design team, reviewing process maturity levels in other regions. This role requires supply chain management expertise, network optimization experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Experience in leading a highly skilled team of experts
- Experience in providing clear expectations management towards Team, Peers & Management
- Several years Supply Chain Management expertise (physical material flow, handling, packaging and transport)
- Experience in Supply Chain Network Optimization: Methods / Tools Focus on deliverables
- Strong analytical, connectional, logical and critical thinking and decision-making skills on a high level of sophistication
- Knowledge of supply chain network optimization tools and software
- Strong skills in analysis & concept work, handling complexity
- Excellent communication skills and being able to work well in a team
- Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
- End-to-end process orientation: Ability to work independently and own end-to-end responsibilities from identification and evaluation of potential in the supply chain to development of scenarios until project realization

Responsibilities
- Leading the Transport Network Design team
- Designing the European transport network containing the transport volume of ~100 plants
- Defining, prioritizing and implementing optimization projects within different transport solutions
- Providing all relevant input parameters to the team for tendering
- Regular internal customer (plants & divisions) communication and collaboration
- Coaching and developing of the network design team
- Acting as an interface between the management, plants and divisions
- Reviewing the process maturity level of other network design teams in other regions of Bosch and providing / exchanging know-how
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage
