Summary
Join Stream Realty Partners as a Treasury Administrator and play a crucial role in managing bank accounts and the Kyriba system. This entry-level position involves preparing documentation for opening and closing accounts, coordinating KYC requests, and liaising with internal accounting. You will also maintain bank system user access and serve as a backup for various treasury functions. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of hands-on experience in a bank or corporate treasury environment. Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience required
- 1 year minimum experience in a bank or corporate treasury environment working hands-on with opening, closing, and updating bank accounts is required
- Knowledge of opening bank accounts, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
- Detail-oriented, independently motivated, strategic thinker
- Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time ina deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare bank account opening documentation
- Assist with bank account closings
- Complete signature card updates
- Set up online bank system user access
- Update/User of Kyriba
- Assist with completing quarterly audits
- Assist with the input of wires when needed
- Monitor monthly and quarterly bank analysis statements
- Utilize Conduit to do wire verifications
- Backup other Treasury functions and cross train as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of wire transfer systems, processes, and practices, preferred
- Familiarity with online banking systems, preferred
- Demonstrates a commitment to and responsibility for accomplishing individual, team, and business objectives
