Treasury Analyst

Summary

Join CookUnity as a Treasury Analyst and oversee key aspects of our treasury functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the Treasury Manager and other teams to support financial operations. Responsibilities include performing payments and reconciliations, assisting with cash flow projections, managing cash positions, executing payment processes, and collaborating with vendors. You will contribute to process improvements and adapt to changing priorities. This role requires proven treasury experience, proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Proven experience (+2 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations, preferably in a fast-growing company
• Strong proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processes
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
• Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude
• Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform payments and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Assist with cash flow projections to support operational planning and decision-making
• Manage cash position and daily checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets
• Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Communicate and collaborate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on various treasury tasks and projects
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in other treasury-related duties as required
• Create new vendor accounts in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Credit applications review
