Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-4 years with Corporate Finance, GAAP Financial Reporting, or Fixed Income investments
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency. MS Excel responsibilities would include financial data extraction from reporting system, pivot table creation, and on-time delivery of various financial schedules
• Ability to craft and submit MS Word based memorandums to upper management and auditors
• Excellent organizational skills, effective time-management, and attention to detail
• Excellent independent, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills but understands when to escalate
• Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, monitoring, and compliance of RRS Group's Investment Portfolio
• Test and document controls related to the investment portfolio
• Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting
• Provide assistance with various Treasury-related accounting, control, and analytical functions
