Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large-scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required
- Demonstrated experience leading high-priority treasury initiatives and workstreams with a strong preference for candidates with experience in international expansions
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team
- Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Collaboratively focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills, including master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, is a must
Responsibilities
- Drive and support strategic Treasury initiatives, including our international expansion (entity structure, FX, and cash operations), capital planning, systems, and process implementations
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas, including global cash management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and payment operations
- Identify and prioritize areas to improve Treasury processes, establishing best practices
- Manage daily cash operations to fund operating accounts and execute payments efficiently
- Own the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts
- Interface with global finance and business teams and external partners in support of Treasury activities
- Ensure cash needs, compliance, and reporting requirements are met
- Support letter of credit workflows, including the management of existing and negotiation of future LCs
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Sales, Legal, and Ops
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issue
Preferred Qualifications
- Large multi-national treasury, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus
- Experience in Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP is a plus, as well as TMS systems (Kyriba - super helpful), and Bloomberg
