Summary
Join Netradyne's Trial Success team as a Trial Success Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic enterprise sales pursuits. You will work closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our Driver•i solution. Leverage your experience as a driver or safety leader to understand customer needs and create effective training programs. Develop and implement key goals for each trial, acting as a subject matter expert on product workflows and change management. This role requires strong technical and sales skills, experience with large-scale enterprise product evaluations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and skilled in presenting tactical user workflows while driving efficiency and best practices. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience working with sales prospects in a customer and/or trial success capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus). Experience working sales opportunities > $500K ARR
Responsibilities
- Evangelize Netradyne to end users, most importantly drivers and front-line supervisors
- Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations
- Partner with the account team in developing and implementing key goals, objectives, and success criteria for each trial
- Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including product workflows, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques
- Design and configure the Driver•i platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it solves their problems
- Assist (if needed) with installations of Driver•i devices for executive demo POCs
- Ensure a holistic handoff to Customer Success and Deployment - both technical (SE) and practical (Trial Success) of our largest, most complex deployments
