Summary
Join Multilogin as a UI Designer and play a key role in enhancing user interfaces by replicating and improving existing web UI layouts from top products. You will create a premium and cohesive design aligned with our brand identity, working with the Carbon design system to deliver a seamless user experience. Your responsibilities include designing unified solutions, creating UI prototypes, developing user processes, and consulting with clients and development teams. You will need proven experience with design software like Figma and Sketch, the ability to create user processes, and experience in compiling prototypes. Additional skills in maintaining design logic, familiarity with digital trends, and experience in complex projects are beneficial. Your work will focus on creating graphic design proposals, detailed Figma designs, developer specifications, a premium interface, and a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience with graphics editors and design software like Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to create and develop user experience-based graphical and conceptual user processes
- Experience in compiling thorough prototypes for user-flows and design patterns
- Ability to maintain a unified logic of design across environments and create or complement an online CVI or design system
- Familiarity with modern digital solutions trends
- Experience in projects that require coordination and harmonization of many goals, requirements, and people
Responsibilities
- Design unified solutions for various products and platforms according to the brand
- Create UI design views and prototypes based on brand and client needs, providing input to web developers
- Develop user experience-based graphical and conceptual user processes
- Consult with clients and development teams to find the best user experience solutions
- Analyze the value created for the user and the business from the perspective of user experience
- Perform user experience tests (usability testing, hallway testing, card sorting, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Carbon design system
- Background in working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in conducting various user experience tests
