Summary
Join Sourcepass, an IT consulting company, as a UX/UI Designer. You will be responsible for developing information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create designs for product discovery and engineering sprints. Conduct stakeholder feedback sessions and synthesize learnings to inform design decisions. Maintain consistent style libraries across all product designs. Stay updated on the latest interactive technology and UX/UI best practices. This independent contractor position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, a Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent, and Figma experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a portfolio of relevant work
- Experience with Figma
Responsibilities
- Develop information architecture guides, wireframes, prototypes and presentations that can communicate core features/functionality and product structure to stakeholders and technology team
- Partner and collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and engineering team leads to create designs for product discovery and engineering sprints
- Work with the Product Manager to conduct weekly stakeholder feedback sessions for product discovery and user journey mapping. Thoughtfully synthesize learnings to inform design decisions and share back with the core team
- Maintain style libraries that are consistent across all product designs
- Keep abreast of latest interactive technology, developments trends, and UX/UI best practices in the digital landscape, and evaluate suitability for Sourcepass
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills working in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Wrike is a plus
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a self-organizing team
- Experience part of a cross-functional, agile development team a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Experience with prototyping and product discovery a plus
