Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and user experience projects
• High proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes, including interactive and animated elements
• Extensive experience with Figma components, libraries, and auto-layout for scalable designs
• Knowledge of advanced Figma plugins for animation, collaboration, and workflow automation
• Expert-level skills in image editing, retouching, and creating high-quality visual assets
• Experience in designing and formatting visually compelling presentations
• Proficiency in creating UI animations, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes
• Strong grasp of mobile-first design principles and best practices
• Ability to create flexible and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across multiple screen sizes and devices
• Hands-on experience with UI animation and micro-interactions to improve user engagement
• Deep understanding of animation principles such as easing, timing, and physics-based interactions
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability methodologies
• Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights
• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to map out user journeys

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, leveraging components, libraries, and plugins for enhanced animation and collaboration
• Create stunning visual assets, image edits, and retouched graphics using Photoshop
• Design compelling presentations that effectively communicate ideas
• Utilize After Effects/Adobe Animate to produce engaging animations and motion graphics where applicable
• Implement mobile-first and responsive design principles, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices
• Design and integrate UI animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience
• Conduct user research, develop user flows, and apply user-centered design principles to improve usability
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure high-quality design implementation
• Maintain and expand design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing for XR (AR/VR) applications is a plus
• Domain experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, or Manufacturing
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
