Summary
Join our team as a Unified Collaboration Support Engineer! This is a 3-month contract-to-hire, remote position based in Mexico. You will provide end-to-end support for various collaboration tools, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for resolving issues within the service level agreement (SLA) and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of IT/Collaboration Support experience and a strong understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms. Experience with ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field are preferred.
Requirements
- Tier I–III support experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Box, LucidSuite, SharePoint, Kaltura, Smartsheet, and Unily (Intranet)
- Strong understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT/Collaboration Support
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for collaboration tools
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Own issues through resolution within SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training/documentation efforts
