Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Animator, preferably in game development
  • Proficiency in Unity and its animation systems (e.g., Animator Controller, Animation Rigging)
  • Strong skills in rigging, skinning, and animating 3D assets
  • Familiarity with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
  • Understanding of animation principles and how they translate to interactive media
  • Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality animations for characters, environments, objects, and effects using Unity
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure animations align with gameplay requirements and artistic vision
  • Rig and skin 3D models for animation when necessary
  • Optimize animations for performance while maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate animations seamlessly into the game engine
  • Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues within Unity

Preferred Qualifications
