Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing university relations and internship programs within a fast-paced company
  • Proven experience in building and managing internship programs, with a track record of fostering successful university partnerships
  • Experience working with higher education institutions and a deep understanding of campus recruitment cycles and student engagement strategies
  • Experience organizing large-scale recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key universities and academic institutions to enhance our employer brand and attract diverse early-career talent
  • Develop strategies to engage with faculty, career centers, and student organizations, including organizing campus visits, career fairs, and networking events to attract top students
  • Design and manage a structured, intentional internship program that provides meaningful work experiences aligned with business needs and talent goals
  • Develop strategies for converting high-performing interns into full-time employees, ensuring a smooth transition from internship to full-time roles
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to engage team members in university events
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the talent acquisition team to identify internship and entry-level role opportunities
  • Develop training for Hiring Managers and other stakeholders on how to manage interactions with interns
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of university and internship programs by tracking key metrics and gathering feedback from participants
  • Design and deliver training, mentoring, and development programs to ensure interns have a meaningful experience that aligns with both their career aspirations and the company’s talent needs
  • Oversee the budget for university relations and internship programs
