Summary
Join Wall Street Prep as a Certificates Program Manager and play a key role in supporting the operations of our 5 certificate programs. You will oversee program logistics, manage events, collaborate with program directors, and act as a liaison with partner universities. This role demands creativity, intuition, and big-picture thinking, offering close collaboration with senior leaders. You will also support new product development and provide best-in-class service to clients. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in account management, event logistics, or client services.
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment where multiple cohorts/events are taking place simultaneously
- Superb ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with a team and client base that has diverse and varying communication styles
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite
- A collaborative team player who is excited to have a dynamic role in a growing organization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and client teams
- Passion and commitment to bringing the best financial services training to our clients
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, conferences/travel logistics, client services, operations or event management
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of all program logistics from start to finish
- Coordinate all logistics for Wharton/Columbia Business School certificate programs (in person and/or virtual), including: setting up new cohorts on our LMS, coordinating logistics details with the venues, bookings speakers creating virtual meetings IDs and/or booking travel for engagements, creating logistics docs and training reports
- Communicate arrangements for virtual and in person events to all WSP stakeholders from marketing through to IT/Finance and also our partner academic institutions
- Responsible for run of show for in person events such as closing ceremonies and information sessions
- Coordinate planning and debriefing with program directors; be able to work with multiple stakeholders with busy schedules
- Use project management software to ensure known tasks for assignments are completed as required and kept up-to-date for visibility within the team
- Work with our business development and account management teams to provide best-in-class service to our potential future and existing key corporate client accounts
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with our Tech support team as the client-facing contact responsible for resolving problems in a timely manner
- Work directly with marketing to create and send all student and client communication (email, social media) related to certificate program events and logistics
- Create, update, and maintain internal documentation on processes and procedures
- Work with Program Directors to continually review the program, ensuring all content is up to date
- Respond to LMS queries and comments from students, and act as moderator for our LMS
- Work directly with Certificate Program Directors on planning, staffing and logistics for each cohort
- Serve as a liaison to the Enrolments team to ensure students are onboarded correctly and support with post sale student tickets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management or private wealth management) would be an advantage
