Summary

Join Nord Security's B2B Commercial Team as a Sales Operations Manager and build the systems, tools, and data that power our outbound sales engine. You will design and manage workflows for outbound prospecting, own the infrastructure for cold email, partner with SDRs to run A/B tests, build and manage data enrichment processes, and support weekly reporting on outbound metrics. Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure Salesforce hygiene and contribute to outbound playbooks. Stay current on emerging outbound tools and recommend new solutions. This role requires 2+ years of experience in sales operations, familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Apollo, and a strong understanding of data management. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, operations or outbound sales
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar. Clay knowledge is a big plus
  • Experience building outbound prospecting workflows and understanding cold outreach mechanics
  • Ability to run tests, analyze performance metrics (open/reply/demo), and adjust accordingly
  • Strong understanding of data management: list uploads, enrichment, deduplication, segmentation
  • A structured thinker with attention to detail, but adaptable to experimentation and fast change
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, Sales Ops, and Enablement

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage workflows for outbound prospecting across tools
  • Own the infrastructure for cold email: warm-up domains, inbox rotation, sender health, campaign setup, deliverability monitoring
  • Partner with SDRs to run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly on ICP, messaging, and workflows
  • Build and manage data enrichment and deduplication processes to ensure clean and high-quality leads
  • Support weekly snapshot reporting on outbound metrics (accounts worked, demo rates, reply rates, conversion trends)
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure Salesforce hygiene, proper data routing, and feedback loops
  • Contribute to outbound playbooks and process documentation for SDRs, AEs and Sales Ops
  • Stay current on emerging outbound tools and recommend new solutions to improve speed and scale
