Requirements

• University degree combined with 15 years of working experience in IT
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in online education or training, preferably in designing and implementing professional education products
• Excellent knowledge of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices
• Very good knowledge of building training material and coaching experience
• Proficient understanding of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices, including interactive online teaching methods
• Proven ability to collaborate on a shared project plan and meet deadlines
• Capability to write clear and structured documents
• Ability to participate in technical meetings
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.) as well as write IS online help
• Configure and test the system for the training scenarios to be used
• Organize and give training/coaching sessions (users and support services)
• Provide guidance using social networks
• Support users in the review process of the documentation
• Follow-up tickets
• QA review of training material and ensure that it meets the training scope defined
• Review videos and audio recordings
• Create and maintain standards and processes
• Publish material while adhering to publication and privacy standards

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira
